Mariella returns to Honesty Cookery School to teach some of the staples of Italian cookery. Listen to the story of the perfect marriage between pasta shapes and sauces whilst you make and shape fresh pasta with or without eggs; learn the secrets of the perfect asparagus risotto and master the art of gnocchi cooked ‘alla Sorrentina’ with tomatoes, basil and melted smoked mozzarella!

Once learnt these recipes will serve you well, whether you are making a family meal or creating a dinner party for friends.

Maximum 8 people.  All abilities welcome.
