This Noodle Cooking Masterclass is a comprehensive guide to cooking authentic and delicious signature dishes from across Southeast Asian cuisines. 

  • Pad Thai  - a comforting Thai street-food made of rice noodles stir-fried in a sour, sweet, savoury Pad Thai sauce.

  • Yam Woon Sen  -  a staple in Thai home cookery. This glass noodle salad has wonderfully bright flavours with lots of refreshing crunchy vegetables.

  • Pancit Canton -  a tossed noodles dish often served during birthdays and special occasions to symbolize long life. The use of calamansi to lift the flavours is exclusive to this unique mix.

You will learn how to create a good base, cook your noodles to perfection and produce flavours that will far exceed those from a takeaway.

 Maximum 8 people. All abilities welcome.
