Our Italian tutor Mariella Bliss returns to the school.  Born and brought up in Naples, Mariella brings her Italian warmth and enthusiasm back to Honesty. 

Buon Natale, as they say in Italy!

Enjoy the spices and the luxurious ingredients that make Christmas in Italy. Under Mariella's expert advice you will learn to create the following specialities - the ancient panforte di Siena, Neapolitan chocolate torrone, biscotti, and mostarda di Mantova. Mariella will also demonstrate how to gift wrap what you have produced to show it off to best effect and give you the opportunity to do the same with your own goods.

Serve them up to your family and friends or pass them on as gifts!

Maximum class size 8.   All levels of ability welcome.
