Eastern Mediterranean Feast

Join Ozlem Graves to create a scrumptious feast from her homeland - Turkey. On this course you will explore the vibrant and diverse recipes from Southern and Eastern parts of the Mediterranean learning how to create exquisitely flavoured sauces and dips, roll and fill vine leaves to perfection, and create desserts using shredded kadayif.

These recipes are perfect for entertaining:

  • Tahinli Patlican - Baked mix vegetables served with a pomegranate and tahini sauce
  •  Etli Yaprak Sarma -  Vine leaves stuffed with lamb mince, fresh herbs and lemon, served with mint and tomato sauce
  • Haydari - Feta and yoghurt dip flavoured with smoked chilli peppers, fresh herbs and pine nuts
  • Cevizli Kadayif - Crispy shredded kadayif filled with nuts and soaked in cardamom syrup, served with clotted cream

As we lead up to the season of feasting why not surprise your family and friends with an exotic medley of Eastern Mediterranean dishes to feast on.
